NEW PATIENTS
1. Up on the right corner, click the green "BOOK APPOINTMENT" button to start your process.

2. Make sure to complete all steps of the forms and turn on SMS notification for appointment reminders at profile page of your patient portal.

3. Come to the appointment wearing comfortable clothing.

(New patients must come 20 minutes early if you have not filled out the online form or on time for those who have filled out the form. Do NOT be late as a new patient.)
